We are a contact point between science and business, and support clients in building interdisciplinary teams, initiating and implementing strategic development projects. We diagnose needs and develop unique values for clients as well as design effective marketing and sales campaigns.
We organize and run projects involving restructuring and development of higher education institutions, establishment of new universities, acquisition or merger of universities, staff development and implementation of education quality management systems. An experienced consultant, coach and manager of tertiary education with extensive experience in managerial positions at different levels. She managed companies, departments, projects, interdisciplinary teams and training programs and has effectively implemented a few dozen development projects in education and business. She managed the administrative operations of a few universities; was responsible for marketing, recruitment, infrastructure management and development of educational offer. She also ran a few investment projects.

Hanna Król graduated from the Poznań University of Technology. She also completed Post-Diploma Management Studies at the Poznan School of Banking, Executive MBA at Aalto University, International Programme in the Leadership and Management of Higher Education at Warwick University, Post-Diploma Studies in Coaching at SWPS University, and many training programs. She participated in conferences on strategic management, leadership, project management, finance, marketing and coaching.Clients
